Comaneci has also been involved in a variety of charities serving on the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, she continues to give support to dozens of charitable organizations in Romania. It also includes the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital of Bucharest.

The award-winning stage work of Sadoski began as an understudy to Mark Ruffalo, Mark Rosenthal and Mark Rosenthal in an Off-Broadway production of Kenneth Lonergan's play This is Our Youth at Second Stage Theatre.
