Angela Gossow Urach

Angela Gossow is a German woman, born to Christian parents. She has three siblings. She was 17 when her parents divorced. The financial issues continued to mount when the company they owned went under. The bulimia, anorexia and a variety of mental illnesses added to the difficulties. Firefly was the next Whedon's popular show and it's likely that she created a buzz. The character of Summer Glau's River Tam was a complicated persona that Glau did well. As Tam she was required to participate in government research in which she was being trained to be the ultimate assassin. Tam's capacity to control her emotions is taken from her. Glau was able to showcase not just her acting skills, but her fighting skills as a character in Firefly. Her experience as an assassin allowed her an opportunity to make use of the full range of athletic skills she has. Summer Glau, a trained classical ballerina.
