Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Inspired by her observation of shadows reflected on the ground The artist took months perfecting a technique to express objects in two dimensions on canvas. When objects live or a thing that can be eaten, like humans and fruits, they become a painting of them. Alexa Meade's works are fleeting however the photograph is the only thing that remains. Photography and painting techniques are tightly coordinated, resulting in a two-dimensional, flat area that is trompe l'oeil. Only certain parts of the image like hair and eyes, show the third dimension. At times, Meade integrates her painted models with the 3-dimensional world around them, allowing them to engage with this self-created world. The line that separates photography and painting is dissolved.
